Terms of Service
Effective 29 June 2026
MESCH is operated by an independent sole proprietor based in Israel.
1. Who we are
MESCH (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private tool, currently offered in beta, for logging and reviewing a jewellery workshop’s gold movements. It is operated by an independent sole proprietor based in Israel. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service is free and in beta
Access is granted by invitation or by approval of a request to join, and the service is provided free of charge and on a beta (preview) basis. As a beta service it is provided “as is,” with no service commitments. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we may grant or revoke access at our discretion.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you enter, including gold-weight records and any notes.
- Some data you enter is about other people — for example a worker’s name or phone number. You confirm that you have the right to enter that information and to have us process it on your behalf, and that doing so does not breach anyone’s rights or any law.
- You will keep your sign-in secure and will not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or preserved.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any records you rely on. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or the correctness of stored data.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero) and (b) USD $50.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your use or misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third party’s rights — including any data you enter about other people.
7. Your data
The records you enter remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Intended audience
This service is operated from outside the European Union and is intended for users located in India. It is not directed at, marketed to, or offered to individuals in the European Union or European Economic Area, and we do not target the EU/EEA market. By using the service you confirm you are not accessing it from the EU/EEA.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and any dispute relating to them or to the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
